Does Goldcar offer pay-by-instalments?
Goldcar does not directly offer instalment financing: the online booking is charged in full by card, PayPal or Apple Pay, and the additional deposit is blocked with a credit card at the office when collecting the car. For long rentals (2–4 week holidays, extended corporate trips) where the ticket exceeds €600–1,500 you can use your bank card's financing (Banco Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Banco Sabadell) via your bank app after the charge, spreading the payment over 3–12 months with applicable interest.

Returns
Goldcar allows cancelling the booking with a full refund if done within the advance period indicated for each rate (typically 48 hours before pick-up for flexible rates), in accordance with the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (LGDCU) and the specific conditions of the chosen rate. Non-refundable rates and bookings where the deposit has been charged do not allow refund once confirmed. Start the cancellation from My Bookings with your booking reference. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–21 days after the request. For contracted extras (child seats, GPS, additional driver, Top Cover) cancellation follows the same rules as the main rate.
