For non-refundable rates the confirmation is immediate; for refundable rates free cancellation is available until the deadline shown before payment. Voucher activation is instant after payment confirmation.
Returns
Agoda allows free cancellation on rates that explicitly indicate it, up to the deadline shown before confirming the booking (typically 24-72 hours before check-in). Non-refundable rates do not permit refunds except in force majeure cases. PROFECO grants an additional 5 days for revocation on distance purchases provided the service date has not passed and the rate allows it. Start cancellation from My Bookings with your booking ID. Refund is made to the original payment method or as AgodaCash within 7-15 business days after a valid cancellation.
