Degusta Box is a monthly food and drink surprise subscription box. Each month, UK subscribers receive 10-15 full-size grocery products (snacks, chocolate, biscuits, sauces, drinks, cereals, seasonal specials and sometimes non-food) from major brands and smaller challengers at a fixed monthly price, delivered to their door. The value of the contents is usually higher than the box price, and the brand mix changes each month.

No — the surprise selection is the whole concept of the box, and contents are curated monthly by the Degusta Box team based on new product launches and brand partnerships. You cannot customise the box or swap items in advance. If you have dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies), check the terms carefully — Degusta Box is not guaranteed to meet specific dietary needs in every monthly edition.

You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account dashboard on degustabox.com before the monthly cut-off date. Cancellation takes effect from the following month's billing cycle — any box already dispatched or paid for in the current cycle will still be delivered. There are no cancellation fees. You can also skip or pause a month rather than fully cancelling.

Faulty, damaged or missing items can be reported to Degusta Box customer service within a few days of receipt via the contact form or email. Replacement products or partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because the box is a food delivery, general change-of-mind returns do not apply once the box has been dispatched and received.
