You cannot customise the box or swap items in advance. You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account dashboard on degustabox.com before the monthly cut-off date. Cancellation takes effect from the following month's billing cycle — any box already dispatched or paid for in the current cycle will still be delivered. There are no cancellation fees. You can also skip or pause a month rather than fully cancelling.

Faulty, damaged or missing items can be reported to Degusta Box customer service within a few days of receipt via the contact form or email. Replacement products or partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because the box is a food delivery, general change-of-mind returns do not apply once the box has been dispatched and received.
