The process is simple: pick your model or enter the IMEI, answer a few questions about the device’s condition, and get an instant quote to be paid in cash or as credit, depending on the available option.

The service is designed to make shipping easy: you can request a free pack or use your own packaging and generate/print a label. Once they receive the device, they carry out secure data wiping and, if the description matches, payment is usually arranged within a few days. If their inspection finds differences, they’ll send you a revised offer—and if you don’t accept it, they’ll return it to you at no cost.
