The Good Night Guarantee is Premier Inn's promise that if you don't have a good night's sleep, they'll give you your money back. Raise any issue with reception before leaving and, if the concern can't be resolved, the room rate will be refunded. It applies across the Premier Inn, hub and Zip by Premier Inn brands.

It depends on the rate. The Flex rate can be cancelled for a full refund up to 1pm on the day of arrival, giving you complete flexibility. Standard Saver (Advance Purchase) rates are cheaper but are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked, so they suit fixed plans.

Breakfast is an optional extra, usually bookable at a reduced price when you book the room (the Meal Deal) or add it on arrival. The breakfast is unlimited and offers both a full English and continental selection. Kids eat free with a paying adult under the standard Meal Deal terms.
