Yes. Refurbished devices sold on Tech.Trade are tested, cleaned and data-wiped before listing, and graded for cosmetic condition. All refurbished items come with a minimum 12-month functional warranty against defects and are returnable within 14 days if they aren't as described.

Pristine is close to new with no visible marks. Excellent has minor signs of use only under close inspection. Good shows light wear (small scuffs or scratches) but works fully. Fair has heavier cosmetic wear but is fully functional. Cosmetic grade does not affect how the device performs.

Standard UK delivery is typically free and arrives in 2-4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD. Next-day delivery is available on many in-stock items when ordered before the daily cut-off. Higher-value devices are dispatched signed-for, and tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Yes. A 14-day cooling-off period applies on unused items in original packaging. Faulty items can be returned at no cost with a pre-paid label. Change-of-mind returns may incur a small restocking fee depending on the seller's policy, shown on the listing and at checkout.
