Every time you order £15+ from a qualifying restaurant you earn one stamp. Five stamps = a £5 voucher auto-added to your account, valid for 30 days. Stamps don't expire between orders.

What's the difference between Marketplace and Delivery restaurants?▾

Marketplace restaurants use their own drivers and set their own delivery areas. Delivery partners use Just Eat couriers and can reach customers outside the restaurant's usual radius. Both appear together in search.

Can I schedule an order for later?▾

Yes. Tap "Later" on the restaurant page to choose a delivery window up to 4 days ahead, subject to the restaurant's opening hours.

What do I do if my food is cold or wrong?▾

Open the order in the app, tap "Help with this order" and follow the prompts within 48 hours. Just Eat will usually credit a partial or full refund after reviewing. Photos of the issue speed up the process.
