G2A allows refunds if the key does not work, is duplicated or the seller does not respond, via the dispute system with 24/7 support. PROFECO grants an additional 5 days for revocation on distance purchases for digital products that have not been activated. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or to G2A Wallet balance within 5-15 business days after validation. Already activated keys are not refundable.
