Returns
CASETiFY accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products with original seal and intact packaging. PROFECO grants an additional 5 days for revocation on distance purchases. Start the return from the portal with your order number and receive a prepaid return label. Refund to the original payment method or CASETiFY Credits balance within 7-21 business days after validation. Personalized products with name, initials, photos or monograms are final sale and cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects. 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects for the Impact Case line.
