You can add a flavour drop afterwards if you want a fizzy drink. One CO2 cylinder typically makes around 60 litres of sparkling water, depending on preferred fizz level.

Yes. SodaStream runs a Gas Exchange scheme across the UK. You can order replacement cylinders online and return the empty ones with the pre-paid label, or swap them in person at many major supermarkets and homeware retailers. Exchanging is significantly cheaper than buying new cylinders each time.

SodaStream's newer Dishwasher Safe (DWS) bottles are marked as dishwasher-friendly on the top rack. Older classic bottles should be washed by hand in warm soapy water to preserve the plastic and the pressure rating. Check the small symbol printed on the base of each bottle before washing.

Most SodaStream machines come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty in the UK, covering manufacturing defects. Register your machine after purchase to activate the warranty. Normal wear and tear, misuse or damage to the CO2 cylinder are not covered.
