Yes. BSTN is an official account with Nike, Adidas Originals, Jordan Brand, New Balance, ASICS, Converse and other major sneaker and streetwear brands, with physical flagship stores in Munich, Berlin and Cologne and a direct online presence across Europe. All sneakers and apparel sold on bstn.com are sourced directly from the brands, not from resellers.

For highly limited releases (certain Jordan, Dunk, Yeezy legacy and collaboration drops), BSTN uses a raffle on the website and app in the days before launch. You register your size and shipping details, winners are drawn randomly and only winners are charged. Raffle wins have specific return terms shown on the listing — read them before entering if you're unsure about size.

Yes. BSTN ships to the UK from its European warehouse via DPD or Evri, typically in 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 1-2 working days for express. UK import VAT is generally collected at checkout so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery. Free shipping applies on orders above £150.

Yes. Unused sneakers in original condition with tags and an intact shoebox can be returned within 30 days via the online returns portal. Do not tape return labels directly onto the shoebox — always use the outer shipping box — as a damaged shoebox can delay or reduce refunds. Raffle wins and some limited releases may have specific return terms stated on the product page.
