Yes. The Outnet's 28-day returns policy applies to almost all items, including sale and Clearance pieces, as long as they're unworn with their original tags and packaging. Fine jewellery, earrings and swimwear have additional hygiene requirements.

Yes. UK orders ship from a UK warehouse with DPD, avoiding import duties. Standard delivery is £6 (free over £200), next-day delivery is £10 when ordered before 7pm Monday-Thursday.
