Once the seller has started, disputes are handled via the Resolution Center — you can cancel if the seller misses the deadline, fails to deliver or delivers off-brief, with funds returned to your Fiverr balance or original payment method. Refunds for completed and accepted work are generally not available — use your revisions allowance before accepting.
