Yes. Most Eastpak backpacks and bags come with a 30-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, but broken zips, failed seams or faulty buckles are typically repaired or replaced free of charge.

Are Eastpak bags waterproof?▾

Standard Eastpak bags are water-resistant rather than fully waterproof — the fabric and coating shrug off showers, but seams aren't sealed. For heavy rain or outdoor use, look for the Eastpak Pak'r ripstop or technical travel lines, or add a rain cover.

What size laptop fits in a Padded Pak'r?▾

The classic Padded Pak'r has a padded internal sleeve that fits most 13" laptops and small 14" models. For a 15" or 16" laptop, look at Out Of Office, Office Zippl'r, Provider or the dedicated Work From range.

Is Eastpak owned by JanSport?▾
