The Clifton is HOKA's lighter, more versatile daily trainer with balanced cushioning. The Bondi is the brand's max-cushioned road shoe — heavier but plusher underfoot. Runners chasing a softer, more protective ride tend to go for the Bondi; faster paces and variety day lean toward the Clifton.

Is HOKA owned by Nike?▾

No. HOKA is owned by Deckers Brands, the US group that also owns UGG, Teva and Sanuk. It has operated as a standalone brand since Deckers acquired it in 2013.
